  • Precision Pretreatment

All parts undergo rigorous pretreatment with degreasing, cleaning, phosphating, or passivation to thoroughly remove oil, rust, and impurities, providing a perfectly clean base for spraying and significantly enhancing coating adhesion and corrosion resistance.
  • Automated Spraying
    We utilize advanced automated electrostatic spraying technology. This ensures uniform adhesion of paint particles to the workpiece surface, even around corners and edges, significantly reducing paint waste and ensuring uniform and consistent film thickness.
  • Precision Curing
    After spraying, parts are precisely baked in a computer-controlled curing oven. Stable temperature and time control ensures complete curing of the coating's chemical structure, resulting in optimal mechanical properties, hardness, and durability.
  • Strict Quality Inspection
    Every finished product is meticulously inspected by our quality management team. We use tools like film thickness gauges and adhesion cross-cut tests to thoroughly inspect coating thickness, color, gloss, adhesion, and the absence of cosmetic defects like sag and orange peel, ensuring your product is flawless.
